COVID-19 has caused many of us to change who we shop with. Whether you’re choosing your preferred business by their health practices or the support you receive from the business, Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen is here to show you that we’re still here doing everything we can for you. We want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to upgrade their lives with the best in German engineering. So our teams have taken some steps to protect those who visit us in-person, as well as better support those who choose to shop online!
Preventative Steps Taken at the Dealership
Over the past months, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors:

There are many surfaces that nearly everyone who comes through the dealership comes into contact with. So in an effort to keep the spread of COVID-19 as low as possible, we’ve instructed our janitorial staff to continuously clean and disinfect all high touch surfaces including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, during the day.

Surfaces aren’t the only form of high-touch contact you might have during your visit. There are also items that often get passed around during your visit. To fight that side of COVID-19, we’ve added hand sanitizer stations throughout the showroom and office areas and highly recommend using them after handling things like keys, pens, clipboards, etc.

It should come as no surprise that you should stay home when you’re sick, especially now. We’ve already mandated our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms and ask you to stay home if you are feeling ill as well.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
You deserve a place to shop without fear of getting sick or being put in harm's way, and that’s what Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen wants to provide to you. For this reason, these guidelines and preventive measures will remain in place until further notice.
What We Can Offer You Outside of the Dealership
Complimentary Pickup and Delivery Options*
We believe that whether you’re shopping in person or at home, you should have equal experiences and opportunities to get the peak of German Engineering at Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen. However, online shopping, in general, tends to be a sub-par experience So we put our heads together and came up with a few solutions!
For starters, we made it so if you are trying to protect your health by shopping online, you don’t have to come into the dealership for anything. We’ve added a couple of programs, including the new car delivery service and the service pick-up program.
The first program makes it so you can do the entire buying process from your home, including receiving your brand new VW or used car delivered right to your driveway! While the latter allows you to go on about your day and still get your VW serviced by our expert technicians. The service pick-up program has our team picking up your car, getting the appropriate service done, and dropping it back off to you, without you having to worry about a single thing.
Both of these services are available to anyone within 20 miles of our Trenton road location in Clarksville, which includes parts of Pleasant View, Adams, Cedar Hill, and more! At Home Test Drive*
We’ve added a bunch of new programs to make online shopping the best it can be and give everyone the opportunity to grab a brand new VW, but this is our favorite! We know shopping for a new car online means that you typically can’t test out a car for yourself if you’re dead set on staying at home. So we turned it around and made it a possibility!
The at-home test drive allows you to test any car you find in our inventories out in a comfortable and safe environment! Our teams will bring you whatever car you find and give you ample time to take it for a spin. If you like the car, just let us know and you can keep it while we work quickly to make that car officially yours. But if you didn’t like it, we’ll just take it back. Got another car on your mind, go ahead and schedule another at-home test drive!
